O prefeito Salatiel Magalhães participou nesta quinta-feira, 6, da entrega de cestas básicas para agricultores afetados pela seca severa no município. A entrega ocorreu na sede do Sindicato dos trabalhadores rurais, reforçando a parceria entre a administração municipal e as entidades representativas dos produtores rurais.
A distribuição de cestas básicas é uma medida emergencial para auxiliar as famílias que enfrentam dificuldades devido à estiagem prolongada. Além disso, a prefeitura têm implementado outras iniciativas para mitigar os efeitos da seca, como suporte técnico aos produtores rurais.
